    Log in to your User Profile and click on "My Orders History" to view your past orders.

    Please input any discount code before checkout for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not applied at point of purchase.

    Once your order is placed, you will see an order confirmation message with an order number, confirming the order was placed successfully. You will also receive an email confirming your order and we are unable to make any changes, additions or amendments thereafter. We highly suggest that you review your order before checkout.

    P.O. Box Orders cannot be accepted.

    Your order is final once it is dispatched. In the event of a cancellation, please note that a PayPal transaction fee of 3.9% + $0.50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shipping

    With the current COVID-19 situation, please expect delays in receiving orders during this period.

    Local orders above $100 - free delivery
    Local orders below $100 - delivery fee $9.15

    Overseas orders - Costs varies based on weight and bulk of products ordered.

    Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse to our delivery partner within an estimated 2 working days from the date they are placed. Please note that our warehouse is open Monday - Friday excluding public holidays. Orders received on Friday or on a weekend will be processed the following week.

    Local orders should reach you within 2 - 3 working days after they are dispatched to our delivery partner.

    Overseas orders will take within 5 - 17 working days of transit time.

    Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

    We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and the following restricted areas in Singapore: Jurong Island, Tuas Link, Changi Cargo, Country Clubs, Army Camps, Seletar Aerospace, Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin, Turf Club Avenue, Sentosa, Singapore Prison Quarters, Airbase sites, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, ST Kinetics, Shipyards, Hospitals, Powergrid, Airport Boulevard and all airport areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport.

  • Returns & Exchange

    At AHAVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We believe strongly in our products and their quality.

    We do accept the returns of unopened products in original packaging for a merchandise exchange (minus shipping and handling charges) at our retail store located at 176 Orchard Road #03-12 The Centrepoint Singapore 238843 or by mail within 14 days (local) / 30 days (overseas) from date of receipt.

    If you bought a product as part of a set, the entire set must be returned for the exchange. You may exchange your returned item for another of equal value or one that costs more. If the value of the exchanged item is lower, there will be no refund given. If the value is higher, we will charge your credit card for the difference.

    Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any purchases for return. We regret that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

    Please note that we are not able to exchange merchandise obtained from other retailers.
